Dance 95 - 18 April 2015

9:00 a.m. Paris, 12th district. This morning in Vincenne’s wood, this homeless person was ending the night. I don’t know why I felt like sitting on the bench… the blanket on the head… the image was impressive. It was impossible to know if it was a woman or a man. At her/ his feet the were two bottles of water and an umbrella. I think shoe he could feel my presence. Through the fabric I could feel a body both heavy and frail. I felt I was the closest possible, I couldn’t approach more. the air was fresh, one could here the car’s noise and the bird’s songs.
