Three hours before the second lockdown, the atmosphere in the streets is almost like a summer evening, the terraces are packed. All around, the streets are black with cars. There are more than 700 kilometers of traffic jams in Île de France. Are people running away from Paris, coming home from vacation, have they all rushed their Christmas presents for two months from now?
